One portal carries scholarships from around 19 departments, and each department sets its own closing date. A single application routes to the right department based on your caste certificate, so there is one form, not many. One form covers everything, which sounds simple and is the trap. The deadline is set by your department rather than by the portal, so two students filling identical forms on the same day can have closing dates four months apart.

आवेदन कहाँ विफल होते हैं

ज़्यादातर अस्वीकृत आवेदन अपात्र छात्रों के नहीं होते। वे पात्र छात्रों के होते हैं जिनसे कोई एक क़दम छूट गया।

Caste and income certificates must carry a valid RD number issued by a competent Karnataka authority. Certificates without one are rejected automatically by the portal.
A student moving from Class 10 into PUC must apply fresh on the post-matric portal. Your pre-matric history and SATS ID do not carry over, and treating it as a renewal loses the year.
Your college principal must give digital approval before the department's deadline. A correctly submitted application is still rejected if the college misses its own step.
Reimbursement in private colleges is capped at government-fixed fees. The difference is yours to pay.
Aadhaar must be linked to NPCI at your bank for the transfer to reach you, and Aadhaar details must match your college and SSLC records.
